Replaced my failed hard drive and updated the BIOS firmware. Put in all kinds of utilities that weren't put on it before, such as the manufacturer's management software that tells you how the computer is operating. Tuned the computer to run at higher performance - graphics card, hard drive, CPU in conjunction with each other. Got the job done overnight and even restored all my original software on there. This guy is a trustworthy genius and Einstein of his time. I'd definitely go spend my dime here.

He fixed my expensive 27in touch screen and recommended some easy but effective add-ons that extremely imporved the computer. Definitely recommend, but he is an independent shop, working put his home.

I use my computer on a regular basis for gaming and work related tasks. It started to have issues where it would freeze up and sometimes crash. I tried every scenario and was at my wit's end. I called Carl he immediately had a diagnosis over the phone. that it was a failing drive. I rushed my beloved gaming machine over to Carl. He quoted me a screaming deal on memory and hard drive replacement. Then my surprise he ordered me light up Pro memory! Carl is such a pro he went above and beyond rebuilt the Clusters on my hard drive sector by sector. Upgraded the firmware on my motherboard. Transferred the OS by cloning it to the new hard drive. Then when the hard drive wouldn't boot because of the new firmware we spent extra time burning the midnight oil researched the settings for bios and reinstalled windows. He's an amazing magician and brought my gaming machine back to life. Can't say enough about this guy other than to say he's the man with the plan. Highly recommend this dude!
